Office Cleaning in Harvest, AL
Harvest offices tend to be small. A dental practice in a strip centre, an insurance agency with four desks, a realty office sharing a wall with a barber. Almost none of them need a cleaner five nights a week, and almost all of them have been quoted as though they did.
We size the schedule to the office rather than to a minimum contract value. This page is the Harvest branch of our office cleaning service.

- 800 – 5,000 sq ft

Getting started in Harvest
How We Size a Small Harvest Office
- 01
Count the traffic
Staff numbers and daily footfall predict soiling far better than floor area does.
- 02
Set the frequency
We recommend the lowest visit rate that actually holds the standard, then leave it to you.
- 03
Fix the scope
One clear list of what happens each visit and what happens monthly, in writing.
- 04
Review at 90 days
If the interval is wrong in either direction, we adjust it rather than letting it drift.
What is included
A Full Scope, Even on a Small Suite
Small does not mean partial. A four-person insurance office gets the same categories of work as a forty-person one — there is simply less of each, so the visit is shorter and cheaper.
What we resist is the trap small offices fall into: paying for a nightly bin empty while the restroom, the vents and the entry carpet quietly go a year without proper attention. Frequency and depth are separate decisions, and we set them separately.
-
Every visit: Desks and reception surfaces, waste and recycling, restroom sanitising and restock, entry glass, vacuum and mop.
-
Monthly rotation: Baseboards, vents, door frames, chair bases, interior partition glass and appliance interiors.
-
Quarterly rotation: Entry carpet extraction, hard floor machine work, light fittings and high-level dusting.
-
On request: Post-event resets, move-in preparation and deeper one-off cleans between scheduled visits.
-
Never bundled blindly: You see each item priced, so you can drop what you do not want.
Frequency, not upselling
How Often a Harvest Office This Size Actually Needs Us
This is the starting point we work from at the quote stage. It is a guide, not a rule — a four-desk clinic with sixty patients a day needs more than a ten-desk office with no visitors.
| Suite size | Staff on site | Typical visits | What drives it higher |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under 1,500 sq ft | 2 – 6 | Once weekly | Public waiting area, single shared restroom |
| 1,500 – 3,000 sq ft | 6 – 15 | Twice weekly | Break room in daily use, carpeted entry |
| 3,000 – 5,000 sq ft | 15 – 30 | Three times weekly | Client footfall, multiple restrooms, food on site |
| Over 5,000 sq ft | 30+ | Nightly | Shift overlap, reception traffic, shared common areas |
Whichever row you land on, the monthly and quarterly rotation still happens. Dropping frequency should shorten the visit, not quietly delete half the scope.
Harvest businesses we serve
Small Offices, Storefront Practices and Shared Suites
Harvest is largely residential with commercial space clustered along the main routes, which means most of our accounts here are owner-operated businesses rather than corporate tenants. Several share a building with two or three other suites.
- Insurance & realty agencies
- Dental and orthodontic practices
- Chiropractic & therapy clinics
- Accountants and bookkeepers
- Salons with treatment rooms
- Trade contractor offices
- Church and ministry offices
- Shared and sublet suites
Running a clinical space rather than a standard office? Treatment room protocols are covered on our Harvest medical facility cleaning page.
Small suites, full scope
Harvest Offices on a Weekly or Fortnightly Visit
Owner-operated practices and agencies where the whole suite is under 5,000 square feet — and still gets every category of work.
Why small Harvest offices stay
Priced for the Office You Actually Have
The most common thing we hear from a new Harvest client is that the last company quoted a minimum that assumed a building three times their size, then sent someone different every week. Neither is necessary.
- No inflated contract minimums
- Frequency you can change with a week’s notice
- Itemised scope so you can drop what you do not need
- One consistent cleaner on small suites
- Rotation work scheduled, not quietly skipped
- Straightforward monthly invoicing

FAQ
Harvest Office Cleaning Questions
How often does a small Harvest office really need cleaning?
For most four-to-ten-person suites, once or twice a week holds the standard comfortably, provided the monthly and quarterly rotation work actually happens. Offices with public footfall — clinics, agencies, anywhere clients sit and wait — usually justify more.
Do you have a minimum contract value?
No. We price the visit that your suite needs. Some of our Harvest accounts are a single weekly visit to an 800 square foot office, and that is a perfectly reasonable thing for us to service.
Can we change frequency later?
Yes, with about a week's notice so we can adjust the route. Businesses here are seasonal more often than you would expect, and it is easier for everyone if the schedule can flex rather than being renegotiated.
Do you clean shared or sublet suites?
Regularly. Where two or three businesses share a building, we can either bill each suite separately with its own scope, or bill the landlord for the common areas and each tenant for their own space. Both work — we just need it settled before the first visit.
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
On a small suite, almost always. Consistency matters more on a four-desk office than on a whole floor, because there is no supervisor on site to explain the routine to somebody new.
