We are in an older building on the square. Is that a problem?
It is a different job, not a harder one. Original timber, terrazzo and painted plaster all react badly to the volume of water a standard mop routine uses, so we switch to drier methods and hand work where needed. We would rather take slightly longer and hand the building back intact.
Can you clean during business hours instead of at night?
Yes. A number of our Athens accounts prefer a daytime visit, particularly smaller professional suites where an evening lockup is inconvenient. We work quietly, start in the areas furthest from client-facing space, and keep equipment out of walkways.
Do you cover the tall sash windows in the older suites?
Interior glass is included in the standard scope. Exterior and upper-storey glass on older buildings is a separate access job, which is handled through our Athens window cleaning service rather than folded into the office rate.
What is the smallest office you will take on?
